Get a Life! Exercise!

What can you think of when you are bored? Playing computer games? Watching variety show?
Instead of doing what is mentioned above, you can try doing some exercises to enrich your life just like me!
Two exercises that I’m active in up to date include jogging and swimming. A number of people think that jogging is a waste of time. However, its definitely NOT true

These are just some of the many benefits of jogging:

1. Jogging helps to strengthen the muscles and cardio vascular system and makes it stronger.


2. Jogging helps to burn the calories from your meals fast.


3. Jogging in morning in fresh air helps the body to fight against various infections.

4. The amount of calories burned while doing jogging is about 700 kcal / hour and this is the biggest benefit for the people who want to lose weight.

5. Jogging also helps in relieving stress.

Next, as mentioned earlier, swimming is also another alternative.

For me, swimming can help your body muscles to relax and is an all rounded exercise that helps to keep your whole body fit.
For those of you who do not know how to swim this is also a good chance for you to pick up life-long survival skills which can be beneficial for you in the future. It would be a better usage of precious time instead of cooping yourself at home and wasting your time on the computer/television.
 Here are some benefits of swimming:

1. Swimming is excellent for the whole body; it tones you up and strengthens your heart and 
lungs.


2. It’s a great low impact exercise


3. Swimming improves strength, flexibility and balance.

4. An important one – Swimming is great for WEIGHT CONTROL and increased energy levels. It’s the best calorie burner among all the exercises.

5. Swimming is also great for people suffering with joint or muscular problems. For example people with leg or lower back troubles.
